Another wonderful maker that will be on hand at the Food Maker Pavilion this year is Zhi Tea. Jeffery (Dr. Oolong) and Candice owners and self admitted die-hard tea freaks will be there sampling and selling their organic loose-leaf teas. I've sampled many of their teas, but the Ginger Peach Oolong I had last night is my favorite so far.
