BLACK STAR CO-OP BREAKS GROUND FOR BREWPUB
The Black Star Co-op’s brick-and-mortar brewpub will cover over 4,000 square feet and feature a menu of local and seasonal Texas pub fare, a 10-barrel brewery producing six taps of house beers, an additional 20 selections of guest draught beers and an array of distinctive bottled beers. Currently owned by over 1,600 members, the Co-op is hoping to grow that to 2,000 by their opening in late summer.
