Ingredients

Fish and Seafood
1 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 c. beer
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Methods/steps

Blend flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add beer and eggs and stir until batter is light and frothy.

Dip fillets in batter and deep-fry until golden.
