1 ½ oz. Plata (Silver) Tequila
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
5 ripe blackberries
1 small tomato wedge (or 1 plump cherry tomato)
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle blackberries, tomato and simple syrup. Add tequila, lemon juice and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
