Lucinda's Roasted Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

4 red bell peppers roasted, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
1 c. sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, patted dry, chopped
2 T. olive oil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
3 T. fresh basil, loosely chopped
1 t. fresh rosemary removed from stem, finely chopped
½ t. freshly ground dried cayenne
½ t. brown sugar
Salt to taste

Methods/steps

Mix all ingredients together. Best made a day in advance. Adjust flavorings before serving as needed.
