peeled and cut into large slices
5 oz. arugula
¼ c. basil, chopped
2 t. mint, chopped
2 T. cilantro leaves


Methods/steps

Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar and gently toss. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
