2 oz. Dry Sack sherry
1 ½ oz. beaten egg
1 oz. simple syrup
Nutmeg for garnish

Methods/steps

Combine the sherry, egg and syrup in a mixing glass with ice and shake long and hard to emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
