Easter Rabbit Dinner This class will prepare a whole rabbit dinner to be taken home and enjoyed with those you love. Each participant will begin with their own rabbit and transform it into "braised rabbit with spring vegetables." Chef Larry will also give tips on how best to use a whole rabbit and rabbit butchery. 1 to 4pm Cost is $85 per person (5 slots available) All classes are taught in a commercial grade kitchen and are hands on for students with all materials provided.
