The brewing team from Blanco’s own Real Ale Brewing Company will tap their cask conditioned Lost Gold IPA for Redbud Café's Cask Party. By definition, real ale is any ale served without extraneous CO2 and naturally carbonated within the serving vessel – in this case, the cask. Because of this, cask conditioned beers demand that the cask be emptied once it has been tapped, in order to maintain the natural carbonation of the brew.
