For the past twenty years Pollan has written about the places the human and natural worlds intersect, challenging the way Americans think about eating. Bass Concert Hall. 8 p.m.

Book signing by Michael Pollan will immediately follow the event. Event goers may also visit our Farm Direct Showcase on the fourth floor of Bass Concert Hall before the show starts from 6:30–8 pm. Meet over 20 local food producers, businesses and nonprofits and sample their wares to connect with the best of our local food resources.
