Drink Local Night Edible Austin Drink Local Night, hosted by Péché at Cedar Street, celebrates locally made spirits and features the 3rd Annual Drink Local Cocktail Contest produced by Tipsy Texans David Alan and Joe Eifler (For rules on entering the contest click here). Watch the region’s finest mixologists as they duke it out to see who mixes the best seasonal cocktail. Meet your local distillers—including Balcones Distillery, Dripping Springs Vodka, Graham’s Texas Tea, Paula’s Texas Spirits, Railean Rum, Savvy Vodka, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Treaty Oak Rum— and sample their favorite holiday season cocktails.
