Redbud Cafe’s pub proudly serves one of the most complete collections of Blanco’s Real Ale Brewing Company’s beers on tap and a handpicked wine selection featuring many Texas wines.

Potters by trade, Redbud Café owners, Jon and Jan Brieger, have been selling their work at Brieger Pottery in Blanco, Texas, for over 18 years. Both the pottery shop and Redbud Cafe are located in the building that originally housed the hardware store on Blanco’s town square. The cafe now opens onto the pottery shop – right next door.
