About Fall Creek Vineyards:

The "Essence of Quality" is of the utmost importance to Owner's Ed Auler and his wife Susan.  With Fall Creek Winery located in the Texas Hill Country, the vineyard enjoys cool breezes off Lake Buchanan which provides an ideal microclimate for growing.  Fall Creek Vineyards is comprised of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Semillon, Johannisberg Riesling, Shiraz, Tempranillo, Viognier and Malbec.

In the last decade Fall Creek Vineyards has been focusing on their Meritus varietal. Today, Meritus "has been hailed 'the best wine made in the state of Texas’ by several noted wine critics."
