American Grassfed Association—The goal of the association is to promote the grassfed industry through government relations, research, concept marketing and public education. 

The Austin Food & Wine Alliance  A non-profit organization dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Central Texas food, wine and spirits community through grants, educational programming and events.

Austin Permaculture Guild—The Austin Permaculture Guild is a group of permaculture course graduates in the Austin area who are dedicated to practicing, promoting, and teaching the permaculture approach to design and living. Permaculture Design Courses in February through March and in September through November. The guild also has an active forum at tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/austinperm.

Better Bites of Austin — The mission of Better Bites of Austin is to develop opportunities for Better Bites members, provide access to a supportive community of fellow food entrepreneurs and promote healthy food in Central Texas.

Capital Area Food Bank—The mission of the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas is to nourish hungry people and lead the community in ending hunger.

Gleaning Network of Texas—The Gleaning Network of Texas is committed to utilizing our existing sources of fresh produce to improve the diets of Texans who experience food insecurity and hunger on a daily basis.

Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance—The Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance (FARFA) is leading the fight to save family farms and individuals from expensive and unnecessary government regulation.

Farmshare Austin—Farmshare Austin is accelerating organic farming knowledge to scale organic food access in Central Texas by offering on farm education and training to aspiring farmers, facilitating research for organic and sustainable farming practices, preserving land and natural resources needed for farming, and facilitating innovative giving programs that put organic food on the tables of those who are most food insecure in our community. 

Foodways Texas—Foodways invites the public to join the monthly presentations at various locations, including local restaurants, culinary schools, farms and in private homes to cultivate understanding and appreciation through the anthropology of different cultures and their food.

Go Texan—The Texas Department Of Agriculture GO TEXAN program promotes the products, culture and communities of Texas. The GO TEXAN logo ensures consumers that the product has been processed and/or grown in Texas, but does not distinguish between organic and non-organic methods.

Green Corn Project—an organization that educates and assists Central Texans in growing organic food gardens. GCP serves people with limited access to nutritious, affordable food by partnering with them to build their own gardens at homes, schools, and community centers.

Green Restaurant Association—a national non-profit organization, provides services in research, consulting, education, marketing and community organizing. The GRA utilizes a collaborative strategy that involves restaurants, manufacturers, vendors, grassroots organizations, government, media, and restaurant customers.

Hays County Food Bank The Hays County Food Bank is a nonprofit organization committed to providing food to underprivileged families and individuals in the greater Hays County area.

Heifer International—The mission of Heifer International is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth.

Holistic Management International—HMI works with people around the world to heal damaged land and increase the productivity of working lands.

Meals on Wheels and More — Meals on Wheels and More seeks to nourish and enrich the lives of the homebound and other people in need through programs that promote dignity and independent living.

Operation Turkey — Thousands of homeless and people less fortunate than others in our hometown are able to receive a hot meal, warm clothes, and other needed supplies at Thanksgiving through the efforts of Operation Turkey™ volunteers.

Texas Land Conservancy — The mission of Texas Land Conservancy is to conserve natural areas in Texas and to protect the physical and ecological integrity of their wildlife habitat, native plant communities, and scenic landscapes for the benefit of present and future generations.

Urban Roots — Urban Roots uses food and farming to transform the lives of young people and inspire, engage, and nourish the community.

The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas—Our mission is to connect our members and the general public with the value, creativity and craftsmanship inherently present in the culinary and viticulture arts.

World Hunger Relief, Inc.—World Hunger Relief, Inc. is a Christian organization committed to the alleviation of hunger around the world.
