Balsamic Syrup


For 2 Batch(es)


  • 1 cups red wine (your favorite leftover wine)
  • 1 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1 cups orange juice
  • 1 cups sugar

Balsamic Syrup Directions

  1. In stainless-steel saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, then lower heat to low and reduce until thickened and approximately 1¾ cups remain; allow to cool.
  2. Syrup can be refrigerated and used for up to 4 weeks.
