Ceviche with Tuna, Cucumber and Orange

Ceviche with Tuna, Cucumber and Orange


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 1/4 pounds fresh tuna, cut in half inch cubes
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cups fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oranges, supremed (save any juice and mix with the lime juice)
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 serrano chili (or to taste), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Ceviche with Tuna, Cucumber and Orange Directions

  1. Place the tuna in a glass bowl, sprinkle with salt and cover with the lime and orange juices.
  2. Marinate for 3 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and mix well.
  3. Serve in a cold glass bowl with tortilla chips on the side.
