Classes are conducted in a casual and informal style. These events are like a fun dinner party in a good friends kick butt kitchen! All ingredients are ready and available and our friendly and helpful staff will be there to do ALL of the clean up. All Students and Spec-tators dine together at the end of class. This class includes Roasted Beet Arugula Salad with Orange Thyme Vinaigrette Hazelnuts and Blue Cheese, Pear-Pistachio-Parmesan Pastry, Roasted Pork Loin with Orange Dijon Glaze and more.
