She will hit on everything from the basics of plant selection to more involved topics like how to control pests without hurting the pollinators you are trying to attract. Learn how to design your butterfly garden to make it irresistible to all the beautiful butterflies in our area.

Edible Austin's Eat Drink Local workshops serve to encourage support for farm-to-table restaurants and home cooking with local, seasonal ingredients. In this session, Executive Chef Yesica Arredondo will guide us through the differences in barbecue sauces from the various regions in the United States. Guests will then be divided into teams and have 20 minutes to handcraft their very own barbecue sauce in this culinary throw down.
