Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden is pleased to introduce the handcrafted spirits of Vikre Distillery to the Austin market with a five-course Nordic Smørrebrød Dinner paired with Vikre’s Aquavits and Cedar Gin. Head Doughpuncher David Norman and Executive Chef Andrew Curren collaborated on the menu, starting with classic Nordic combinations and adding a Texas twist. Smørrebrød are opulent, open-faced sandwiches served in Denmark in successive courses accompanied by beer and shots of Aquavit, a centuries-old, traditionally Scandinavian spirit flavored with botanicals.
