Make It Sweet: Cupcake Decorating
Wednesday, March 20th
Learn to decorate cupcakes beyond the basics. Create some adorable cupcake characters, shapes, animals, bugs, etc. Each group of seasonal classes will have different designs but will include nine to twelve cupcakes that the student can take home.
Make It Sweet: New York Soft Pretzels
Thursday, March 21st
These pretzels are the soft chewy kind that are sold warm on almost every street corner in New York City. Everyone will make their own dough. We will prepare toppings to make different varieties â€“ traditional salt, cinnamon sugar and parmesan herb cheese. We will roll, shape, top and bake them. Everyone will leave with a box of pretzels that can be eaten right away or saved and rewarmed.
Green Corn Project Dig-In
Saturday, 3/23 & Sunday, 3/24
Dig-ins are our primary mission – this is when teams of volunteers go to garden sites and either install a new garden or clean up an existing one. No experience is needed to be a volunteer and you do not need to do anything in advance. Groups are welcome (just contact us to work out the details) and feel free to bring your children though we ask that you accompany them at all times.
Bubbles, Brunch, and (Goat) Babies at Bee Tree Farm!

We're headed to Bee Tree Farm in Manor for Brunch on the Farm! Jenna and her goats have invited us out for a wonderful spread of cheese, sundry pairings, charcuterie bites, complimentary adult beverages and fun with the goats.

Nocturnal hunters, owls are more often heard than seen. Come learn about these mysterious, magical birds and how they get along in and near our city. Feathers crossed that our resident great-horned owl has returned for another year!
