Chef John Bullington’s all-local Slacker Sandwich: Grill white bread from Moonlight Bakery. Smear one side with Berdoll Pecan Farm’s pecan butter and add layer of Boggy Creek Farm’s arugula. Pile on Mushroom Mark Addison’s oyster mushrooms, Richardson Farms’s bacon, grilled onions from Boggy Creek Farm and Water Oaks Farm’s blue cheese.
