Sherry Flip


For 1 Person(s)


  • 2 ounces Dry Sack sherry
  • 1 1/2 ounces beaten egg
  • 1 ounces simple syrup
  • Nutmeg for garnish

Sherry Flip Directions

  1. Combine the sherry, egg and syrup in a mixing glass with ice and shake long and hard to emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
