Vegan Coffee Milkshake


For 1 Batch(es)

For the coffee milk

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) ground coffee

For the shake

  • 1 cup(s) vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) coffee milk

Vegan Coffee Milkshake Directions

  1. Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over high heat. Once it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and mix in the coffee grounds.
  2. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes, then strain out the grounds with a fine sieve or a French press.
  3. Place the coffee milk in the fridge for a few hours (ideally overnight) before using.
  4. Make sure the coffee milk is cold before blending with the vegan vanilla ice cream (recipe here). This is also yummy with a brownie or favorite vegan candy bar mixed in.
