* Fine-straining refers to straining the cocktail with both the Hawthorne strainer (attached to the mixing glass) and a mesh or tea strainer held by your non-pouring hand between the shaker and the glass. This technique will catch all of the herb or fruit particles and make for a perfectly clean cocktail.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Pisco
  • 3/4 ounces Canton ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounces lime juice
  • 1 Sprig cilantro
  • 1 Sprig mint
  • 5 raspberries

Silk Road Directions

  1. Muddle fruit and herbs in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add spirits and juice then shake with ice and fine-strain* into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a whole raspberry.
