Beer-Battered Carp

Ingredients

Cream

  • 1 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cups beer
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Beer-Battered Carp Directions

  1. Blend flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add beer and eggs and stir until batter is light and frothy.
  2. Dip fillets in batter and deep-fry until golden.
