Persimmon Martini

Ingredients

Cream

  • 4 ripe persimmons
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 ¼-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons (or more) agave nectar
  • Tito’s Handmade Vodka or Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 1 3-inch piece of vanilla bean, sliced lengthwise, for garnish
  • Ice

Persimmon Martini Directions

  1. Cut the persimmons into quarters. Peel the lemon. Using a juicer, juice the persimmons, lemon flesh and ginger.
  2. For each cocktail, combine 4 ounces of the juice mixture, 1 teaspoon of agave nectar, 1½ ounces of vodka and the vanilla bean in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the vanilla bean.

Top
