Lucinda's Roasted Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

Cream

  • 4 red bell peppers roasted, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1 cups sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, patted dry, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, loosely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons fresh rosemary removed from stem, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground dried cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Salt to taste
