Chantilly Cream

  • 2 cups chilled heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chilled sour cream, heaping
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, heaping
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract

Chantilly Cream Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer fitted with wire whisk. Beat until the cream is slightly stiff. It should be soft enough to invitingly drape down the sides of the cake slices onto the plate.
