Anchovy Salsa Verde


For 1 Batch(es)


  • handfuls Mixed Seasonal Herbs (Parsley, Cilantro, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Etc.)
  • 2 Lemons, Zested
  • 3 Anchovies, Minced to a Paste
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 cups Olive Oil, more if necessary
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Anchovy Salsa Verde Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until emulsified.
  2. Salsa can be prepped in advance—mix everything but the herbs and add those just before serving.
    HINT: The anchovies are salty, so taste before salting.
