Agua de Limon con Chía

  • 1/2 cups chia seeds
  • 1 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 quart(s) water
  • 3/4 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cups simple syrup

Agua de Limon con Chía Directions

  1. Stir the chia seeds into the cup of warm water and let them soak for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place 1½ quarts of water in a large pitcher, add the chia seeds along with their liquid, and stir in the lime juice and simple syrup.
  3. Serve coldstirring vigorously before serving.
