Rosemary Citrus Salt

  • 1 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cups coarse salt (coarse Hawaiian Alaea, Cypress flake, Sel Gris or Fleur de Sel)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Rosemary Citrus Salt Directions

  1. Process ingredients in a food processor, pulsing until well blended. Use as a rub on pork or meat for grilling, as a finishing salt for roasted vegetables or as a flavorful sprinkle on a hearty salad.
